With over a decade of experience across global supply chain, electronics manufacturing, and OEM/ODM hardware development, I help B2B hardware companies move products from concept into production, and support product adoption, iteration, and ongoing product and supplier management with clear communication and structured follow-through.
Having worked inside both Asian manufacturers and U.S. companies, I understand the disconnects and friction points between brands and factories that slow down or underdeliver projects.
